—Order Process—
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from suppliers, AvGear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AvGear shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AvGear shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable. All prices and product information is subject to change without notice.
There are inherent risks in transmitting information across the Internet and therefore any information you do so transmit is at your risk. —Payments—
Payment must be received in full including any delivery fees, before products will be supplied.

—Delivery—
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact AvGear as soon as possible.
—Indemnity—
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold AvGear , its employees, servants and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your violation of this agreement or any third-party’s rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this agreement.
